When I had my first baby, I started my pregnancy with almost no knowledge of birth, and ended it completely obsessed with it.
I fell in love with birth itself. The room, the atmosphere, what it asks of people. I could give birth twenty times, but I couldn't handle twenty kids.
Becoming a doula was the most natural thing. I get to keep coming back to that room and be the person I needed when I was just starting to figure it all out.
What drives me
I have a passion for serving others, now I've translated that passion to the birth space. If I can impact your experience positively even 1%, it's all worth it to me.
My approach
I'm a strong believer in physiological birth and the female body's ability to do what it was designed to do. Mistakes are rare. Doubt is common. I'm here to help quiet the doubt.
Where I serve
I serve the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent communities. This includes home or hospital.
What I Offer
We will meet before your birth at least twice. These meetings are for prenatal education, creating your birth plan, building confidence and getting to know each other!
I'm with you through active labor, or whenever you need me, to after birth. I'll offer physical comfort measures, emotional support, partner support, advocacy and presence.
A follow up visit that looks exactly how you need it to. We'll debrief your birth and answer questions. I'll help around the house and with baby if you need!

Let's ConnectA doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth. A doula is not a medical professional. A doula works for YOU, unlike your midwife or OB that is tied to a system. We're here to make sure your voice is heard.
Midwives and doulas do very different things. Your midwife is responsible for your medical care and baby's health. I'm focused entirely on you: your emotional state, your comfort, your advocacy. We work together, not in competition. Many families with midwives also love having a doula present.
Yes. I'll support however you choose to birth. The only thing I ask is that you understand the benefits and risks. That way you can make a decision that's genuinely informed and genuinely yours.
My full support package is $400. This covers everything from your first prenatal visit through to your postpartum follow up. Reach out and we can chat through what that looks like for your family.
Anytime in your pregnancy. There's no exact time. The earlier we connect, the more time we'll have to build trust and prepare well. That being said, it's never too late to reach out!
Yes. I work alongside partners, not instead of them. Part of my job is helping your partner feel confident during labour so you both feel supported. Many partners say having a doula present made them feel far less anxious.
I take on one client per month. This is what works best for me and my family, and how I can devote the necessary time I'd like to with each client.
